FAQ's

1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to 2-3 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at Swaggy Sweat Shop has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

 

2. What's your return policy?

Please note that we do not provide refunds if you change your mind or an item doesn't fit. In this event, a store credit will be provided or you have the option to alter your item for an extra fee. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please send us an email at swaggysweatshop@gmail.com with your order number or via the 'Contact Us' form on our website.

Please inspect all items upon arrival and ensure to get any returns back to us within 14 days from the date your items were shipped. After this time frame, we will not accept and items for return or exchange. If you reside in Auckland, you're more than welcome to bring your item in store but please send us an email first.

 

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
